Our kits fill the indented letters, go over existing emblems/badges or can be applied to any smooth, hard surface. Although the reflective kits will be visible during the day, the real feature is at night! When light shines on the kit, it will reflect back, producing an incredible effect.
Although this depends on the color you choose, we use either 3M Scotchlite or Avery Graphics, Engineer Grade Reflective Vinyl. Both are "Class A" reflective materials which provide the most amount of light return per square inch for reflective colors. You have probably seen this material in use on emergence vehicles and police cars, although in much larger quantities. We use Avery Graphics vinyl for our non reflective colors with has a minimum of 6 years outdoor life.
The vinyl manufacturers state the outdoor lifespan of the material is 7-10 years for reflective and 6-8 years for non reflective. Those are just manufacturer specs though- Our decals will last longer than most of our customers even own the vehicle.
This really depends on the color of your vehicle or application and how bold of a look you want. We have a color sample chart you can click to view to show what the colors look like.
Why don't I see Reflective White as a color choice? Good question! Reflective Light Silver and Reflective White are the SAME color. When we first started selling products, we offered "White" kkits (that is the color the material manufacturer calls it). Several of our customers stated that "Silver" would be more apprpriate as there ther is the slight look of metallic in the vinyl (which makes it reflective). In response, we changed our descriptions to read "Light Silver."
Do you have other colors than those listed or can I get something else?
Absolutely! Please contact us if you have a specific request. If we don't have the material on the shelf here, we can look into ordering it to suit your needs.
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, orders usually ship within 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). If there is an unusual circumstance and it's going to be longer, we will contact you to advise. We ship via the US Postal Service to keep costs down. Depending on your location, shipping times can range from 2-14 days, although most orders arrive within 5 days. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost.
It is important to keep in mind custom orders will take longer before they are shipped as well as Reflec-Dome optioned items.

Yes! We offer a LIFETIME warranty on most all of our decals! We outline this in each product description and note whether it's limited or lifetime.
