Exchanges:
We try our best to accurately describe and picture each item. If you do not like the color chosen, we will be more than happy to honor an even exchange for the same item within 30 days of your order date. The decal you received must NOT have been applied. If it is applied, it is considered "used" and cannot be exchanged. Any item exchanged must be in new condition. Use the Contact Us link above, or simply reply to your order confirmation email requesting the exchange. If shipping costs are involved, you will be notified at that time. Exchanges will not be honored unless we give prior approval. Please do not just mail an item back with a request without contacting our staff first.
Returns:
We try our best to accurately describe and picture each item, but understand you may have overlooked a detail or changed your mind. Our return policy is simple with "no questions asked." We do though encourage your feedback to explain why an item is being returned in order to help us better your experience.
As long as the decal you received has NOT been applied, please contact us using the link above or simply reply to the order confirmation email you received. Explain you would like to return the product and a member of our staff will respond with information how to proceed. Contact must be made within 30 days of your order date. The item must be received back here, post-marked within 45 days of your original order date. Any returns or requests received outside of this timeframe will not be honored. We do encourage your feedback to explain why an item is being returned to help us give you a better experience. Please do not just mail an item back without contacting our staff first.
Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure the proper tracking is on the item(s) being sent back. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit on their way back to our facility.
Update for orders made 06/01/2011 - current. Returns will not be accepted at any time for any reason. The decals you order are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. Please order carefully. Contact us prior to your order with any questions or color sample requests.
Customers with an order made prior to 06/01/2011 still must contact us as we list above in which will accept or reject returns are at our discrection.
Notifications:
Emails with your request to return or exchange will be responded to the same or next business day.
Once your item(s) is received back, we will email you immediately to notify you.
An exchange will be mailed out the next shipping day after the original item is received back.
Refunds:
Refunds are sent the same day and item(s) is received back.
PayPal refunds are normally instant, but please be aware we have no control if PayPal holds the funds prior to deposting them back into your account.
Credit Card refunds can take 3-5 business days to process and show up on your statement.
