Returns & Refunds

Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a request to Return your item.  Please carefully read our return policy posted below before submitting your request.  

Please read the item descriptions and view the photos carefully.  Everything is described as accurately as possible to help avoid having to return an item.  Take advantage of our Free Color samples that are sent out upon request.

To return a product, FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW within 15 days of the order receipt/delivery date with the details of the return.  Once we approve your return, the item(s) must be received back here within 15 days.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note:  This is only for orders placed directly through the Website (custom orders excluded).  If you purchased our products through another website or vendor, please consult with their webpage for instructions how to return your items and their own return policies.

Return Policy 

  • Item must in new, unopened condition and NOT used.  Once used or applied, items cannot be sent back.
  • NEVER throw your product away!! You cannot return an item you no longer have.
    Under no circumstance will we honor a refund, credit or exchange for a product you have discarded, lost or otherwise no longer have in your possession.

  • The Customer is responsible for all original and return shipping charges.  Shipping charges and shipping fees incurred are not refunded or reimbursed.

  • Return items to the address we supply you with in our reply email to you.  You may use any carrier:  USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.  Reflective Concepts is not responsible for lost mail, so it is to your benefit to use a tracking number with your return.

  • Do NOT send items back without notifying us first.  Your return will be refused.

  • Custom Orders cannot be returned, refunded or credited in any other way.  These are orders you contacted us to custom-make for you via email.   No exceptions.

Because all of our products are manufactured to order and are never RESOLD, we must charge a 25% return fee on all returns

Refunded fees will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial order, or if paid by check or money order, a check will be mailed. Credits will show on your statement within 2-14 days.  The time it takes to show up is between the issuing banks. 

Items received after the 30 days mentioned above are not eligible for return regardless of the reason. After 30 days all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All products MUST be returned in the condition they were received -  - they will be refused if they have been used. 

Exchanges are not granted for changes of products or colors.  The items may be returned and refunded in accordance with this written policy.  A new order may be placed for the different items or colors.

Packages that come back to us undeliverable, or packages that are refused by the customer  will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from their refund amount (in addition to the 25% return fee).  Be sure you are supplying us with the correct mailing address.  Reflective Concepts is not responsible or  any fees involved in reshipping an item or the return of an item that has an insufficient or otherwise invalid mailing address.

International customers who refuse to pay their taxes/duties or otherwise cause the package to bounce back to us (see invalid address note above) will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from their refund amount (in addition to the 25% return fee).  

Damaged/Missing Items 

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery for any potential en route damage.

For any orders that arrive damaged or with missing components, please contact us with pictures of the damage or what's missing (what is in the box) and for information about exchanging your order. All damage or missing claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds are allowed on damaged or missing orders - exchange/replacements of the identical product(s) only.


Non Receipt 

For any orders that have not arrived, please contact us for information about tracking your order. All non receipt claims should be reported within 21 days of the order. No refunds are allowed on items not received - exchange/replacements of the identical product(s) only.
