ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All of our products are manufactured to your specific order and are very accurately described. Please be sure to order carefully and contact us with questions prior to placing the order.
Returns are not accepted. Any returned packages will be immediately discarded.
Our color chart is in the link below and up to 3 colors are available free of charge as color samples that we can send to you prior to placing the order.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not honored. To ensure you get what you want, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled as long as a tracking number has not been assigned to it yet. Once a tracking number has been provided, the order is completed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Packages leave our facility within a short time after the tracking number is generated, so they are almost immediately already with the carrier and the shipment cannot be stopped or further modified. Please be sure to review the order for address and product accuracy prior to checking out.
Damaged/Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us at sales@reflectiveconcepts.com with pictures of the damage. So that we can file a claim with the carrier, an image is required of what is in the package, the actual package and the shipping label on the package. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds are allowed on damaged or missing orders; we will replace with the identical product only.
Non Receipt
For an order that has not arrived and tracking shows it is still in transit, please contact us at sales@reflectiveconcepts.com for information about tracking your order. All non receipt claims should be reported within 21 days of the order. No refunds are allowed. If sending a replacement is the determined solution, it will be of the identical product.
For an order that is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact the carrier for delivery assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that come back to us undeliverable, or packages that are returned by the customer will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted form the refund amount, in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure the correct mailing address is provided at the time of order. Reflective Concepts is not responsible for any fees involved with reshipping an item or the return of an item that has an insufficient; otherwise invalid mailing address or for any other reason at all that is not the fault of our own.
Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Refunds
In the event we issue a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
