This was shipped from here in the U.S. to Italy. Due to an error with your address, the package was returned back to us. We sent a detailed reply that included the tracking number to show exact transit, an image of the package with the carrier's markings on it, and also provided a refund because the carrier was unable to deliver using the address provided to us.
